Hello, Thank you for your time and your interest in my posting. To tell you a little bit more about me.....I am an ambitious, well disciplined self starter that has always worked hard for the things I want in life. I have been employed for the past 22 years. My last 4 years have been spent with the same company where I was a Maintenance team member. In that position I was responsible for floors waxing and cleaning. It has always been my dream to start and run my own business one day and I am finally in a position to be able to do that. My income from this small business for last year (Fiscal 2005) was $33,600 and that I made on record $19,500 YTD thus far this year. SO as you can see, I would not have left my job without something more promising ahead. My small business specializes in floor stripping, waxing and daily cleaning. I have been in the cleaning industry for the past 5 years and have established many contacts, of a new possible extended business around the area. This loan will go towards a new Automatic Scrubber, Battery & Electric/Traction Drive or Brush assisted acquisition start-up costs and the like for my business. I understand that I might have to pay a slightly higher rate for such a loan, but I trust that the community will recognize a good investment opportunity here.
