Purpose of loan: This is my 5th listing (two of them I cancelled immediately, two of them played out and thank you for those who bid on them). I thought I would try one last time but this time I lowered my amount to 3000. I hope those who bid last time will go for it again. I promise you guys that I am good for this loan. I have never ever not paid my debt. You can see I have never had any delinquincies. Anyways, thanks in advance for those who bid on me. I am going through a bit of a tough time right now. I have some personal debt that I need to pay off which consisted of a loan from a freind and some unexpected car expenses. You can see from my credit report that I have had 57 accounts total and 17 active right now and I have never been late on any of them. I am honest and reliable. Protecting my credit is essential. My DTI is high but it does not take into account my wifes salary which would lower it substantially. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I have never had any late pays on any of my accounts. I have a full time job and I also have side income as a real estate agent. My regular job salary is 50,000 but my 2007 tax return is 65,000 and I have two deals in escrow right now. I am a very hard worker and I am definitely good for this money. Thanks!
