Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to? pay off or down high interest credit cards & loans My financial situation: I always repay my debts. I had a decrease in income several years ago by 60%. This created a big situation for me. It was an incredible struggle and now I am trying to dig my self out. I had a credit card payment arrive 1 day late and now the interest is at 29%.
