Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to payoff credit card and debt, so I can inprove my credit rating score, So I can refi my 3 investment properties in to lower interest loans My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I have always had a very high paying stable job. I own multi properties and homes, and have never been delinquent on any of my mortgage payments.All of my delinquencies are medicial bills that my private insurance carrier did not properly pay on time. The one public record is from a late tax bill that I have paid in full and cleared over 1 year ago. This loan will help me pay down debt so my credit scores should improve so I can refinace my mortgage loans into better rates now that mortgages rates are lower. |
