Thank you fellow Lenders for reading my ad. I am an inner city teacher in Chicago. I own a condo and recently purchased a rental unit in a prime neighborhood, but in need of some major improvements. This investment has initially set me quite back, but I have full faith in my purchase, as I already have it rented out for a profit for its first month. The purpose of this loan is to eliminate my high interest/balance credit card debt and buy cabinets and appliances for my rental. IT IS CRUCIAL, that I both combine these credit extensions into one file and not have multiple inquires on my credit report. I am a good candidate for this loan because my financial situation is in both excellent and ever-improving shape. I have a stable income and will be generating profit in excess of $400/mth from my rental. I have had ZERO LATE'S and have not included any work I do over the summer in my Monthly Net Income. Finally, as a Prosper Lender myself, I have seen the many seemingly impossible situations accomplished and people helping others change their lives in such positive ways. I?m hoping to do the same thing. I'm currently applying for Grad School and I'm striving to put myself in the most ideal financial situation. I can only improve my credit rating and use current PROSPEROUS investments as collateral for future investments to secure my financial future.
