Purpose of loan:

Hello and thank you for considering my loan. This loan will be used to purchase the home we are currently renting, we're very excited to become homeowners again but can only do so with your help. Our original plans were to rent and save for 3 years but that's a ton of money down the drain and we have an excellent opportunity to purchase a home now.  Owner is flexible with closing date but we offered to close on or before April 1st 2008.

My financial situation:
Current Prosper loan always paid on time as this loan if funded will be too with automatic payments. (Paid off my credit cards with first Prosper loan, C.C. debt showing Dec. purchase of washer/dryer on deferred terms with no payments/interest for 18 months and joint with husband cards and credit report not being updated since husband just paid 90% of his last month) Husband and I both have direct deposits, same bank for 25+ yrs and never a bounced check. Secure guaranteed auto-funding 25.5% 3 year loan.  Rated as "D" on my last funded listing 6 months ago, why Prosper has rated me now an "E" is beyond me, it's incorrect in my mind, I'm sure if I wait another 30 days and have it ran again it would be higher.  All I can say to potential lenders is please overlook the assigned rating and look at my current history, I don't make late payments whatsoever!  Please refer to last funded loan on "business" bankruptcy, not personal.  DQ's are "0" won't remove until 2012.
