I am a real estate investor in South Carolina. This loan will be used to repair the heating and air unit on a $150,000.00 home that I own. There is only one lien on the home and that is the first mortgage. The remaining balance is a little more than $61,500.00 and the payment is little less than $800 per month. I will be renting the house for $1,000.00 per month with an option to buy. The rent on the home will cover the loan payment and mortgage payment easily.
