About me I am a 29 year old college student/professional. I finished my Bachelor?s in December. I?ve since started working on my MBA with an emphasis in Accounting. I would like this loan of $6000 to pay off my current Prosper loan that has a balance of $2675.07, pay for school expenses (books and gas), make a final payment to my dentist, and basically get back on track. After my current loan is paid off, that will leave me a little more than $3000 to get a few things straight. Although you can?t tell by my score, my credit is much better thanks to the last loan. However, I inherited two homes due to a death in the family and paying for the necessary things for them (taxes etc) has caused my credit card debt to increase and taken a good bit of the nest egg I?d started. I used my current credit cards and got additional credit to pay for several things for my properties. Both homes are completely paid for so I?d much rather use Prosper than take out a loan using one as collateral. My income has increased but then so has everything else so it kind of all evens out. Loan Payback I will have no problem paying back the loan. I expect my payments to increase by about $100 which will be covered by the credit card payments that I?ll no longer have. I also receive rental income from both properties but I don?t like to touch it unless absolutely necessary due to property repairs and whatever may come up.
