Thanks for considering my listing!

I'm 26 and have been working as a software engineer since I got out of college in 2004. I graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with my degree in Computer Science. Originally from New England, I lived in New Hampshire for 2 years, and then moved to Boston in order to be more independent (Southern NH has no public transit). Loving urban life, but hating winter, I jumped when given a chance to take a programming job with MKS Instruments in sunny San Jose, California. Recently I started a side business selling consumer electronics on eBay. Being handicapped has instilled a "can do" attitude in me and I truly believe that I can accomplish anything I set my mind to. Now I?m looking to Prosper lenders to help me consolidate some debt and build a stronger foundation!

If fortunate to obtain a Prosper loan, the money will be used to pay off two high interest credit cards:

American Express: $4,400 @ 29%
Wells Fargo: $5,300 @ 30%

Total Prosper Loan Requested: $10,000

Monthly Net Income: I earn $3,982/mo. net from my position as a computer programmer.

Monthly Expenses: $3,226
Housing: $1,595
Renters Insurance: $26
Public Transportation Expenses: $50
Utilities: $120
Phone, cable, internet: $280 ($120 cell phone, $160 Comcast cable/internet, landline)
Food, entertainment: $ 250
Clothing, household expenses $ 200 (cleaners)
Credit cards and other loans: $705 (525 of this will disappear with this Prosper loan)
Other expenses: $ 0

Monthly Expenses after Prosper Loan: $3,114

After I consolidate my two high interest credit cards I will have $850 left over each month with which to repay my Prosper loan.

I am an excellent candidate for this loan because I have a stable job as a computer programmer in Silicon Valley. Although my Prosper Credit Profile says my credit is a "D" credit grade, the Experian score that I can see within my credit report is a 690, so Experian Scorex is clearly using some other model which I don't understand. My utilization is high because of these two balances, but that's what this loan seeks to correct. The three inquiries in the last six months were for credit applications for my eBay business. I have no delinquencies, I always pay all my debts on time and this one will be no different. It will be automatically deducted each month.

Thanks for looking!
