Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to pay off high interest credit cards. We want to re-finance our house later this year in an effort to get equity to fund rehab on a 118 year-old dwelling. My financial situation: I am a 12 year veteran in the Advertising Industry and am at my second stint with my current company. I have multiple sources of income, but primarily from my full-time job and the book that I co-author; Contemporary Advertising. The book is a leading college-level text that is in its 12th edition. |
