Hello and thank you for viewing my listing About me: This my second loan with prosper, first one i have paid off without late 6 months ago. I am IT engineer with more than 10 years experience and currently employed as an IT Staff for a large company. Unfortunately, since I got into loans and credit cards, also some payday loan. I trapped into this situation. I used revolving credit to brought my family joined with me and set for their place, I took payday loans for emergency cash when i need to pay some medical bill to helped my parents.I now need help to get out of them. Even with this situation, i always paid my bill on time and never late in payment. Also I dont have delinquent account. So as my other payment i assure that i can pay this loan without any problem. My score is 597 from experian, TU 603 and Equifax 579 . I have HR grade due too many inquiries when i applied for mortgage and refinanced my card recently. Purpose of loan: I need this loan to pay off partial loan with high interest and get out from debt for my future goal. I will save at least $300 interests and close my debt with payday loans and pay off 2 credit cards. So i can start to rebuild and manage my credit. My financial situation: The following are total my loans and credit cards. - Cash call which $4,800 interests 59%, minimum payment $254 - Capital one, $600 interest 19.9%, minimum payment $30 - HCBC, $1,300 interests 29.4%, minimum payment $55 - Credit Union $4,300 interests 19.9%, minimum payment $130 - 3 payday loan $2,100 (366.6%), payment interest only $300 ------- $13,100 - Total amount of Debt to pay off Currently, I am working as full time employee and have been there more than 2 years. So i have stable job, insurance and full benefit from my current employer and more than enough to pay this loan. Monthly net income: $ 4754 Monthly expenses: $ Here's my monthly budget with the prosper loan in place: - $1,267- Mortgage(30 years fixed rate with 6% rate thru GMAC Mortgage) - $150 - Electricity + Utilities - $200- Telephone, cable, internet - $650 - Car Payment (downed from $688 and reduced 6 payments after refinanced). - $125 - Insurance - $150 - Gas - $ 500- Other Credit Cards Not paid off with loan - $ 900 - Groceries, rec, any milk money for my kids. - $114- pay future prosper -------------- $4,056- total monthly expenditures. I still have more less $698 left over to be used for savings and emergencies.I know my loan still not enough to pay all my debts but i will start to pay lower interest and pay principal of the loan so soon i can manage my financial better. I have checking which deducted to pay my loan with prosper so that everyone, including myself, knows that my payment will be made on time.
