Completing the Landscaping for our New Home My family and I moved into our new home in November of 2005. A couple photos prior to completion are attached. We are currently in the process of completing the landscaping in the front and back yards; our home sits on about a third acre. We are having a professional, licensed, and insured landscape company complete the landscaping. The purpose of this loan will be solely for financing the landscaping. Our home is located in an upper-middle class neighborhood that has been fortunate to see continued steady real estate appreciation. I am gainfully employed as an Account Executive for a large marketing agency that provides services to the college and university market. My wife is also gainfully employed administering high school equivalency tests to the county inmates at the local jail. We have absolutely no debt with the exception of our home and two vehicles. Our debt to income ratio prior to this loan is 12%. We have a steady flow of monthly income remaining after those obligations and our standard expenses, and will make timely payments toward this loan from that. Attached is a photo of our family(we have two young boys) this last February in Disneyland; We are looking forward to completing our yard and having the finishing touches wrapped up on our new home. |
