Hello, I am looking to borrow some money to pay off my high interest credit cards. I have NEVER been late on a payment, but my debt/income ratio is high because of my credit card debt. I am 46 and have been a computer programmer for over 20 years now; and have been with my current employer for 18 1/2 years. I think I must have done something wrong filling out the forms because it is basing my debt/income ratio on just my income. I didn't see a place to enter my wife's income. Together we make a pretty nice income, but after raising 4 kids, we have little savings and need to reduce our credit card debts. My wife is an administrative assistant for a prominent stock broker. This is my first listing, so please consider helping me. Like I said, I have NEVER been late on a payment. Thank you very much. |
