Purpose of loan: Pay off 300% + interest payday loans: Moneytree $795, Ace $795, Advance America $795, Money Place $575, Check into Cash $460, Remaining $1080 for Prosper fees & restoring savings. I am a good candidate for this loan b/c I am a hardworking, honest person and there?s no reason in my credit history to suggest otherwise. My credit grade is a result of over utilized credit due to the frantic cycle incurred by the payday loans-every other Friday I run around paying them off & rewriting checks. Then deposit the remainder of my paycheck now -$420 to pay bills. Then I use the slightly lessened credit card balances to live off of. I am in this situation because of some unforeseen expenses occurring in rapid succession, including vehicle repairs & extensive veterinary expenses (from a failed attempt to save a foal). Rather than not paying, I utilized all credit & got ?fast cash? to remain current. This unending cycle has caused my credit score to drop & prevented me from securing conventional lending. I have been stably employed w/ a leader in the all-natural & organic baked food industry for nearly 7 years. In that time I have secured numerous promotions. Currently I am the head of 2 departments as well as the backup for the Plant Manager. The owner has also entrusted me to care for her horses. To further guarantee the timely payment of this loan I have the following liquefiable assets $60K-property equity, $9K-vehicles, $18K-horses & tack, $20K-media, electronics, antiques/collectibles. After a time of continuing strong payment history with steadily declining credit balances I am confident that I will be able to procure a conventional refinance. This is the 1st step in ushering all unsecured debt out of my life. Expenses: Monthly net income $2332 Current Monthly expenses total $2859, Housing $809, Vehicle expenses $160 (fuel & insurance), Phone, Internet $50, Food, household expenses $80, Credit cards & loans $920, Payday loans $420 (every 2 weeks), Remaining Income -$527 i.e. no more savings & over utilized credit cards. Post-Prosper Monthly expenses total $2199, Housing $809, Vehicle expenses $160 (fuel & insurance), Phone, Internet $50, Food, household expenses $80, Credit cards & loans $920, Prosper loan $180 (approx), Remaining Income $133 back in the black. Expense explanation: I currently live with my parents but I do pay a mortgage. This is for property I purchased where my Grandmother currently lives. This also accounts for my limited household expenses. Food is also minimal as my employer supplies staff w/ daily meals-really-what a great benefit! As mentioned above I do also have horses, this is not shown in my budget b/c we cut & bale our own hay & all other horse related expenses are self supported by hay sales & board paid to me from my boss for the care of her horses (not included in income). I hope there is enough information here to warrant your confidence, if not just ask. I will answer any questions you have. Thank you in advance for your assistance & have no doubt that I will repay your investment. |
