Purpose of loan: I need out of the payday loan cycle and to pay off a couple of credit cards. I need to pay them off and be free of the high interest cash sucking game. A normal, monthly payment would be no problem for me to make. We have the cash flow for that. It's just these payday loans are killing me. I can't seem to get ahead of them. My HR credit score is explained. I just checked and my score is actually 598. My financial situation: About 10 years ago I was working for a company and making good money. One day, without notice, the partnership split and I was let go. This devastated my family. We were doing great prior to that. We had, and still have rental property and we had everything going for us. I was without a job for about 1 1/2 years. Financially, this killed us. We were forced to live off of our credit cards. I then took a substantial pay cut and went to work for the State of Missouri. We tried to make everything good again, but the debt of the credit cards was too much. We filed bankruptcy. It was discharge in January 2006. We fought to keep our homes (primary and rental property) and we did. We have been current on everything since that time. I saw on the credit report that it still shows delinquency from before the bankruptcy. The lates that currently show on my report are because a Debt Consolidator talked me into using them in order to get rid of the payday loans. I would rather just pay them off. Thank you for the consideration. By the way, My husband makes $35,000 per year, I make $22,000 per year, I make $12,000 per year doing ebay and we collect $8400 per year rental income. We can make the payments. I just need a little help in obtaining the loan. Thank you. Monthly net income: $ 4,700 Monthly expenses: $ 2,085 Housing: $ 575 Insurance: $ 100 Car expenses: $ 100 Utilities: $ 280 Phone, cable, internet: $130 Food, entertainment: $ 200 Clothing, household expenses $ 150 Credit cards and other loans: $ 150 Other expenses: $ 400 |
