I am a Professional Dance Teacher and I have a studio in Florida. I was a professional dancer for 20 years in New York bofore retiring and moving to Miami. I have 2 kids a 5 year old son and a 3 old future ballerina. I am looking at opening a second studio in a great location that has many familys. I have already got the lease and equipment setup and ready to go. I have also sent out flyers and have received many responses from parents who wish to sign up their kids for dance classes. I am required to leave a first month and last month deposit for the lease and I also need to have some working capital to start. My other studio does very well and has over 200 students. I have no concerns about paying back the loan but I just do not want to use my credit cards or get a home line of credit since there are high closing cost with each.
