Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to?get caught up on my house payments so I don't loose my house My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because? I am a very hard worker, working 2 jobs and am wanting to start new with my life. I also do a lot of volunteer work in my community and am well respected. I will work hard to pay this off as soon as possible and promise never to be late. I have been married for 28 years have one child in college and have been with my current employer for 15 years and have been a volunteer Emergency Medical Technician for 15 years. I am also active in my church having played the piano/organ for the past 40 years. In the past I was responsible with my finances but in June 2007 my hours were cut at work because they replaced my job with a machine. Also my husband decided to quit his full-time job and become self employed. That has'nt been the greatest, especially in winter. My delinquencies are because of my husband quitting his job and my trying to make all the payments and also help out our daughter with her schooling. Things are improving as I have taken on a second job and am saving on gas by walking to work instead of driving and not buying more groceries than we need. I have also cut up my credit cards and will get them paid off and never use them again. I am asking for a second chance to prove myself and increase my credit score and if you bid on my listing I Promise that I will not let you down by making my payments on time which will be a priority.
