Trying to consolidate high interest debt

Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to pay off my last high interest revolving credit line. I still have a long way to go to pay off my debt but paying down this +22% interest rate will help greatly. My state interest rate cap is something like 7.84 which I know is very, very low considering my credit score, however I do think that this is still a good rate because I don't believe my credit score is a very good indicator of my ability to make the payments. Please help me out. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I am a very fiscally responsible person. I have never been late in a payment my entire life. I have a good stable job that will allow me to make my payments in a timely manner.
