Purpose of loan: In my previous posting I requested funding to pay off several small payday loans and legal expenses. I have since paid those (thanks to tax refund) but desperately need funding to pay my attorney. My origanl Propser loan was to gain guardianship of my granddaughter. I am now seeking to adopt her. she has lived with me for the last 5 1/2 years with little contact with her parents. I receive no support from her parents or the state. all I want is to adopt her. Please help! My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because while my credit score is poor, many of the negative items will come off my report this year. These negative items are due to a bad divorce that left me financially devastated. I have never missed a Prosper payment and my car loan will be paid off this month, giving me additional income to re-pay this loan. I just need a chance to start 2008 on a positive note.
