Purpose of loan: Buy a property for cash and finance it within a year for amount paid or more. Backup plan is to buy it for 30% Down. Of course I want the interest rate bid down. I consider this sharing in our blessings. Experience: as an investor, landlord, handy guy, homeowner. I can do plumbing, electrical, wood floors are a pain to sand, and more.
