Purpose of Loan: I plan to use this loan to pay off existing credit card debt with interest rates starting at 37%. I also plan on paying off existing prosper loan. I also work as a Real Estate Agent. So I know the importance of paying bills on time. I try to only use credit for the essentials. If I get this loan it will lower my monthly payments by $250.00. Which I plan on using to pay extra to my mortgage. If you look at my current loan, I pay one extra month a year. I try to do this with all my loans and credit cards. I know how important a little extra principle payment can be. It always looks good to be ahead.
