Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to?improve my credit rating. I have owned the same home for the last four and a half years. Although I have a reasonable interest rate on my home that will not change for the next six years, I would like to be able to take advantage of the even lower rates offered at this time. My monthly expenses are relatively low and I have just started in a better position with the same organization I have worked at the last four years. This position is Banquet Manager and includes a salary plus commission on banquet hall rentals. The delinquencies on my history are both from a phone line from at least four years ago. I have sent checks to cover these two bills, but for some reason they are still showing on my credit report. The delinquencies are all from student loans. These loans have not been paid late since December, 2001. They were refinanced in December, 2001 and were completely paid off when my home was refinanced in November, 2006. This loan will help show I can manage another loan in addition to my mortgage which is the only other monthly bill I have with the exception of utilities and insurance. I would set my rate higher, but this is the highest interest rate the state of Virginia will allow. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because?
