Purpose of loan: I am adding an outdoor living area to our house. My husband and I spend so much time outside this will almost be like a vacation home. I also plan to create Prosper loans to help other people reach their dreams. The above was for the loan I received last summer. We got started on our outdoor living area and now want to expand it. Also I am going to payoff some small loans. One loan is my car which has balance of $2000 with a payment of $400 a month. Some will be reinvested back into Prosper loans. It shows 1 account behind. I am not sure what that is but I will check. Also my credit score has improved since last loan. Last loan I was a C and have improved to a B. (explain what you will be using this loan for) My financial situation: My yearly income is in excess of 130000 as is my husbands. His income is not figured into this loan. Also it shows my bank card usage as 95%. This is because I have closed several accounts but there is still a balance on them.
