Hi, my name is Gail [LAST NAME DELETED], and my husband and I are attempting to obtain a loan to consolidate our bills.
My husband has been employed with the railroad for over 6 years, and I work for the school district and have been there for the past couple of years. We have been in our current home for 4 years, and previously we were in our last home for over 13 years.
Our credit is an issue at this time, but not because we are "flaky" people. In fact, we try very hard to make sure everything is paid on time, however, we have had a number of financial "disasters" in the past few years.
After moving to the Salem area, I was employed by the school district to work with an autistic student. After working with him for a few months, the student was moved to a specialized classroom, and my position was terminated...I was laid-off!! As if this wasn't enough, over the next few years we had one problem after another occur...dental surgeries, the transmission going out in our van, and many other horrible things. It didn't take long for us to deplete all we had saved. Unfortunately, the rain falls on the just and unjust alike. We did the best we could, but there were many times that we were not able to make end's meet.
We have much more stability now in our lives. Pretty much anything that needed to be fixed (and I really mean that) has been repaired, or purchased, as the case may be. We are trying to rebuild our credit and get back on track, once again. I believe that this loan will be just what we need to bring financial peace in to our lives and help us to be wise stewards of our finances.
I have attached photo's of our home so that you can see that we appreciate God's blessing in our life. We in turn try to bless others as we have available. I work at the local high school and with the youth at our church...it's important to me that they have someone that will believe in them...I am asking the same thing of you.
Please prayerfully consider helping to fund this loan. I believe that it will benefit us all to make this happen. BE BLESSED AS YOU IN TURN BLESS OTHERS!
Thank you so much for your help! |
