I'm looking for "bridging funds" for my rental house in a desirable Northern California community. The house is almost ready. I still need to landscape the yards, and I expect occupancy by 10/1/06. With the increased rental income (gain of $1700/month) I foresee easily paying off this loan within a 9-month period. Unfortunately, I see that the requested amount has put my debt/income ratio above the desirable range, but please be assured that as a self-employed professional and 20-year rentals owner, I am (and always have been) a responsible borrower. I manage large budgets, and I always pay on time. I so hope Prosper.com members will help me at this time when I am stretched. I'm looking forward to participating more on the site -- on both sides.
