Purpose of Loan: I plan to use this loan to pay off existing credit card debt with interest rates starting at 27%. I also plan on paying off existing prosper loan and car loan. Rolling all my debt to one lower monthly payment. I also want to use some of the money to reinvest in Prosper.com. Just this past month I have started investing, and want to continue to do more. Here is the break down of allocation of funds. Credit Cards: $7,600.00 Prosper Loan: $3,100.00 Car Loan: $9,000.00 ___________________________________ Total Debt Payment: $19,700.00 Loan Requested: $21,500.00 Reinvestment Amount: $1,800.00 This loan saves me $450.00 a month in payments. That is with paying new payment amount. My financial situation: I'm a hard working individual. Working two jobs. I have been a loan originator for nine years. I love that job, it is really rewarding. I also work as a Real Estate Agent. So I know the importance of paying bills on time. I try to only use credit for the essentials. If I get this loan it will lower my monthly payments by $450.00. Which I plan on using to pay extra to my mortgage. If you look at my current loan, I pay one extra month a year. I try to do this with all my loans and credit cards. I know how important a little extra principle payment can be. It always looks good to be ahead.
