NOTE: We have borrowed and paid off two loans on Prosper to date! EUROLUXE is a reasonably active lender on Prosper.com, with ~55 loans in our portfolio. We are a married couple. We were early lenders at Prosper, having joined on March 22, 2006. We are members of the Texas Excellence group. After a brief hiatus from Prosper, we are using this listing to seek the lowest cost funds available to further our lending here as well as to make astute investments in undervalued, dividend-paying equities and royalty trusts in other marketplaces worldwide. We are active, experienced investors. One of us is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder. In short, we know what we are doing when it comes to investing and making money. We enjoy the process just as much as the profits. Our annual income is well into the six figures (i.e., $200,000+). Our personal debts are mortgage (6% fixed, 20 years) and two car loans (5.25% fixed and 5.94% fixed). We have two credit cards, one at 5.99% fixed which we use for investment leveraging purposes (current balance: $0.00; we stopped using it some time ago because it is a CapitalOne card and we have decided that CapitalOne is evil), and another one at 12.5% fixed with an extremely high credit limit which we use for our extensive business travel expenses and typically pay off in full each month, depending on client reimbursement timing (recent balance: $0.00). Otherwise, we use our debit cards for all monthly personal expenses and get 0.50% cash back on each transaction.
