I am a corporate professional that has been working at a large Automotive manufacturer in Irvine, CA for six years. I currently work in the Parts and Service Department full-time, where I develop dealership Marketing materials and manage corporate programs. I have been married for six years and have a beautiful four-year old daughter. I would like to buy a home for my family within the next few years. In order to make that dream come true, I will need to pay off my credit cards so I can decrease my lines of credit and increase my credit rating. I have been doing well so far but need a little boost to get us there by the year 2009. I currently have one deliquency listed on my credit report through FCS that dates back to June, 2000. I paid that card off and opened another card that was purchased by Macy's; this card is currently in good credit standing. Rent: $600 Utilities: $300 Daycare: $635 Credit Cards:$200 Gas: $160 Car/ Car Insurance: $400 Miscellaneous: $200 Cell Phone $70 Loans: $600 Total Monthly Income: $3800 Total Remaining Monthly: $635 Based on my income I will have no problem repaying my Prosper loan. I am taking out a higher loan t pay off additional debts debts. I truly appreciate this opportunity to share my information in hopes of receiving a fully funded loan.
