Purpose of loan:
This loan will be used to consolidate high interest credit cards.

In the fall of 2006 my Girlfriend was diagnosed with a Chiari Malformation (a serious brain disorder). Between December 2006 and September 2007 she required 3 major brain surgeries, putting her out of work for 6 to 8 weeks each time (without pay). This made a significant negative impact on our budget and caused us to get behind on some of our bills, which in turn has caused our interest rates to skyrocket.

She has returned to work and has a clean bill of health now, and we?ve caught up on our bills. We would like to use this loan to pay off the high interest rate cards so that we can get out of debt, and start a family!

My financial situation:
I make $45/ hour as a Computer Programmer and Six Sigma Black Belt (full time) - $93,600

I also own my own Financial Planning firm that brings in about $22,000 in annual retainer fees (not including commissions)

I am certified in the following disciplines, which I believe shows that I understand how to maintain a budget

Accredited Asset Management Specialist
Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor
Certified College Planning Specialist
Certified Six Sigma Black Belt

My Girlfriend makes $45,000 as a Teacher. She pays for half of the Mortgage and Utilities (we jointly own the home)

Monthly net income: $
My Computer Programming paycheck is $1,260 per week x 4 = $5,040 (after taxes, W-2 income)

I get paid $5,280 quarterly on retainer fees which is $21,120 per year (1099 income)

Monthly expenses: $ (total expense, not my half)
