I have been a government employee for over well over 14 years. For many years I have been working towards my eventual retirement. I have a 401 K and a 457 plan with over $14,000. These funds will not be liquid until I retire. My husband is retired and hopefully I'm not far behind him. I am a good candidate because as you can tell from my first loan I have made my payments in a timely fashion and have made extra payments when I've had extra funds. Also, I am doing everything necessary to improve my credit scores. They are on the rise at this time. I greatly value my credit worthiness and I am very good with managing money or things would have been much worse. I'm also an investor who hopes to be able to start where I left off, only wiser. In July of 2005 I had a fall which forced me to stay off my job for about three months. In June of 2006 I was in an auto accident (It was not at fault) that had me off my job for almost three months. I am still awaiting settlement of my case. Fnally, in April 2007 I had to have surgery to remove some very large fibroid tumors. I am in great shape now and working regularly. During that time I accumulated a lot of unexpected medical bills and transportation costs. I ended up struggling to keep my bills paid after my reserves were depleted. Through all that I never gave up. Thanks to your help I am back in the saddle and ready to ride. I am now ready to fulfill my dreams. I am ready to use what I have learned in the past year to increase my wealth as well as to help make it possible for other people to own homes that are more affordable, with equity. I will have a chance to do what I do best and enjoy most. I have been in training, networking with seasoned investors for the last year and learning many ways to use what I've learned to build wealth. I have put together a winning team of skilled people that I have worked with for many years whom I can trust to get the job done. I have also put together a great investment plan. With the funds I am requesting I plan to start an LLC and open a roth self directed IRA Equity Trust account and use some of the funds to purchase properties to resale or lease purchase. I also intend to pay of my existing loan with prosper. Part of the money will be used to purchase the home I am leasing. I have accepted the fact that I will need a sizable down payment. I have been in my home for a year. My husband and I were married here last year and we would love to spend the rest of our lives here. My husband is amazingly skilled in painting and sheetrock. I would be very grateful to be given a chance to use what I've learned. My husband and I have worked very hard all our lives and would like to be able to spend some time together doing things we enjoy and spend more time with our grandchildren. The oldest is three and the youngest is one year old. |
