Hello, I appreciate your consideration of my loan request. I am employed as an Assistant Property Manager for CB Richard Ellis here in California. Additionally, I work on the weekends as a customer service rep for Asurion to earn extra money and also maintain the finances for my parents and my Uncle?s tree trimming business. I attended the University of California Davis, in Davis, California where I graduated in June 2007 with my BS degree in Managerial Economics. I am pursuing my CPA license and plan to take the CPA exam later this year. I have two labs (Beau and Belle) that keep me running and reminding me to take time away from my computer. We have begun a new hobby called ?Geocaching? that gets us out in nature and the dogs absolutely love it. We think the treasure is fun but the adventure getting there is far better. I also have a very close family. Nearly every weekend my grandparents, brother, sister-in-law and nieces get together at my parents for a big family dinner. I?m teaching my grandparents and my four year old niece how to use the computer and at this point my grandparents are still better at it than her. ;-) I?m pretty busy but I like the chaos and the fun that goes along with a big, wonderful family. This will be my second Prosper loan; the first was a small loan last summer to pay off my worst high interest credit cards used while attending college. I have made my Prosper payment on time every month and will continue to do so with this new loan. If I am fortunate to again be funded through Prosper, the money will be used to pay off the rest of my highest interest rate credit cards. As I had to work my way through college, unfortunately a lot of the expenses (for tuition, books, etc.) had to be financed through credit cards. Consolidating my finances has worked well and I?ve made some progress. I have already paid off and closed four small credit cards. I take great pride in my gradually improving finances. My goal is to quickly finish paying off the rest of my high interest debt. Credit Cards to Payoff: Providian: $ 3,759.48 @ 31.59% Chevron Fuel: $ 1,942.00 @ 24.87% Chase: $ 3,310.00 @ 30.29% Bank of America: $ 2,802.03 @ 32% Capital One: $ 2,976.48 @ 24.99% Monthly Net Income: I earn $3,012/mo. net from my position with CB Richard Ellis and an additional $300/mo. (approximate based on # of hours I work) from my part-time jobs for a combined total of $3,300. Monthly Expenses BEFORE PROSPER Loan: $2,010 Housing: $500 Insurance: $60 Car expenses (gas): $300 ('95 Ford Ranger that is paid for and runs great) Utilities: $0 (included in rent) Phone, cable, internet: $100 Food, entertainment: $50 (lunches with my boss are mandatory) Clothing, household expenses: $100 Credit cards and other loans: $900 ($700 will be eliminated with this Prosper loan) Monthly Expenses AFTER PROSPER Loan: $1,310 As you can see, I will have over $1,702 left with which to pay my Prosper loans, plus apply any extra towards my remaining low interest credit cards and student loans. I do not pay bills late. EVER. It is a matter of extreme pride to me that if I owe a debt I pay it no matter what. It is my top priority for me to improve my credit score and I am making every effort to pay off my debt as fast as possible. In order to repay my debt sooner I live at home. I want Prosper lender to know I am a safe investment and will repay ALL my financial obligations. As with my other Prosper loan, payments will be automatically withdrawn each month. I sincerely promise to make all my payments on time and never default on this loan. Thank you for supporting my efforts to become debt free! |
