This will be my second loan from Prosper. All of my payments to Prosper and everyone else have always been on time. No late payments are on my credit report. I need to purchase new business machines that will provide an outstanding professional look for my advertising. This includes the following items: Xerox color copier, high volume fax center, rotary paper cutter, digital sender, punch/coil binder combo, and laminator. These items will save a lot of money for me. The purchase of these items will substantially reduce my marketing costs and increase my productivity because I can advertise more for less money. I am in the Atlanta real estate market, and it has remained very stable. Last year my income was $171,000 plus which was 33% higher than 2006. My wife who is a teacher has an income of $65,944 for the current school year. She will help produce the advertising materials. I am the top agent in my office out of seventy plus agents, in the top 1% in Atlanta, top 3% nationally, and in the International President's Circle. I am a top producer because I work hard and provide excellent service to my clients. I have invested a lot of time and money in my real estate business. I will continue work hard and productively.
