Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to? Invest in foreclosure or another property that I deem worth investing in. Being 'in' the business gives me a slight edge. There are enough out there now that I pick only those that will be worthy of my money and time; and your money too. Buying the home is not a problem; fixing it may be the reason for this. It's your money and I realize that! My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because? "Never give up!" has been what got me to this outstanding credit rating and I will not lose it. One credit card is at 1.9%; why should we pay it off ($50.00/month). Another credit card is @ 4.9% (600.00/month). Already in 2008 I have earned 50% of last years income!!! My goal is to reach $100,000.00 this year. We have an avalaible line of credit (zero balance) greater than this entire loan for less percentage. We just paid May 2008 ($1,300.00/month) for our mortgage (that's a different lesson). The more I write, the less I want this loan!?! No auto payments at all. One credit card we pay off EVERY MONTH. $1,000.00 to live and $1,000.00 business are approximate. I encourage questions. I am a grandfather and am too old to kid around; but a good joke and a smile go a long way! Minnesota was a wonderful place to grow up and building snowmen is not my idea of recreation now. |
