This loan will be used to pay for the manufacturing of 2000 CD?s, 150 screen printed t-shirts, stickers and other tour merchandise for my band Making Movies. In the last year Making Movies sold 1,000 EP?s ($5) with no distribution or management. We are now managed by BRAHL Management who also manages platinum band Big Head Todd and the Monsters, MEESE (Atlantic Records), The Fold (Tooth and Nail), and Patrick Park (Curb Appeal Records). The music will be marketed to both Hispanic and English radio stations as the album has bilingual music. Making Movies will also play over 100 tour dates this year to promote the album. In 2006-2007, I helped start Curb Appeal Records with Alex Brahl. In a little over a year we managed to sell 25,000 records, license music to hit tv shows (THE OC, GREY?S ANATOMY, ONE TREE HILL, GREEK), and secure major label deals for our management clients. I feel confident that the Making Movies album will have similar success. Also, I have lowered my cost of living in order to focus primarily on Making Movies. It should make paying this loan very easy. I have no car payment and moved into an inexpensive apartment so that I could travel and promote the album.
