I am 58 years old, and my wife and I are raising two of our grandchildren. Their ages are 7 and 8. We have four credit cards that have very high rates on them, and we would like to pay them off. We will then cut up these cards, so we no longer have access to them. As you can see, we have a high credit rating, and feel it is very important to pay our bills in full.
