Purpose of loan: I need to pay off several small payday loans I took out to cover some unexpected expenses (legal fees & car repairs). I am paying only the minimum and will never be out from under these unless I just pay them off in one lump sum. I knew these were a revolving door but had no choice at the time. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because while my credit score is poor, many of the negative items will come off my report this year. These negative items are due to a bad divorce that left me financially devastated. I have never missed a Prosper payment and my car loan will be paid off this month, giving me additional income to re-pay this loan. I just need a chance to start 2008 on a positive note.
