Purpose of loan: I am re-listing with an accurate account of my exact debt on hand. My first attempt was done on a whim when a friend told me of this organization. In the past I have tried to consolidate with regular credit unions and banks only to be denied due to my high revolving debt. Please help! Thank you to all members of Prosper! My financial situation: I am a full time student and I work full time as a bartender. Currently I have 8 open credit card accounts I pay as much as I can on monthly. My highest balance is at 4,800.00 with an interest rate of 28.99%. I would really like to consolidate and have one payment to worry about instead of 8. I have learned a valuable lesson on the dangers of credit spending. In the future I plan to only use credit as an emergency only option. Last year our nations spending was -35%!
