Our business is a membership club and fractional ownership program of classic and exotic cars. We established the business 6 1/2 years ago as exotic car share, as an alternative to traditional ownership of exotic and specialty vehicles. Our membership has grown to 670 members. We've recently rebranded to capitalize on a higher margin niche, and our national advertising in Robb Report, Wall Street Journal and Fortune Magazine has generated a significant number of leads for purchases of shares in vehicles within our program. We're undertaking broader financing arrangements, but we risk losing live-customers unless we are able to quickly fund these requests.
