Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to pay off some revolving debt to raise my fico score back up. I am a mortgage broker and real estate investor, and have a fair amount of credit extended to me, which has never been a problem, untill recently when congress talked about not allowing credit card companies to do soft pulls on credit and lower available credit lines. In the last 60-90 days my credit lines have been lowered almost $25,000 and has caused to raise my proportions to balances and lower my credit score now to a 635 from almost 700 in September. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I have been self employed for over 3 years as a mortgage broker in Bay City Michigan, with a great income. I also invest in real estate. I take my credit score very seriously and I am trying to get it back above a 680 as soon as possible to continue with real estate investing! I have never had a late payment or any derogatory item such as a collection or judgement EVER! I would like to thank anyone that has bid and in turn helped my families' situation. Thank you!
