One more time; Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to payoff high interest credit cards that were used for home improvements. We are hoping to increase our disposable income in order to increase our current savings contribution - we would like to start a family in 2009. My financial situation: My wife and I are taking steps to reduce our high interest credit card balances. We currently pay $1,600 a month to the credit cards (way above the minimum) in order to reduce the debt faster. I found prosper.com and like the philosophy behind it and figured I would give it a try. Together, my wife and I gross over $95k a year, our combined DTI is 24%... Thanks for your time. |
