Purpose of this loan: To purchase a single family home to add to my Inventory of rental property. I have found a home that I can purchase for back taxes due. It does need some minor repairs inside the home and I will replace the 4 front windows on the house also, along with a paint job. I can pay this loan back with no problems. I most likely will fix and sell this house. As I know of some others available at this time also. Even if this deal does not get thought on the sellers end. My debt to income will show high because I have rental income that does not show up on a credit report, rental income only shows on my 1040 personal taxes. I take as much rent as income from work. I have been a landlord for 20 plus years.
