Purpose of loan:
I have an unsecured loan that is charging me 33% interest. I would like to lower to use the prosper loan to refinance that loan.

My financial situation:
I am a home health care nurse. My husband is retired disabled veteran and brings in an additional $2800 per month through service connected. I typically have between $1000-$1500 left over each month after Roth investment and a little into the savings account. My current fee for the loan I wish to refinance is around $265 each month. It is a fixed loan so it is not reflecting in my current revolving balance. I do not know why it shows 1 delinquency for $265.00. That account is paid regularly and is current. I have contacted the company and verified this. I am opening a dispute with the credit agency to see why they are showing this.

Monthly net income: $ 6000 after taxes (high tax bracket) ,$2800 from my husband, and $500 rent from my daughter.

Monthly expenses: $
  Housing: $ 3000
  Insurance: $ 200

  Food, entertainment: $ 300
  Clothing, household expenses $ 50
Credit cards and other loans: $ 500
Other expenses: $ 100 misc (mostly buying clothes for my grandchildren as needed)
