Purpose of loan: To help develop and run a business for my family and I in Family Entertainment. The business is expected to generate revenue and profit within the first 12-months of opening. My financial situation: Stong. My income is stable and my employment is stable. Our family household income is over $100k/year and we have many assets, however they are all 'locked' in retirement, IRA's and CD's which charge a lot to open and access the funds. My credit is strong and remains strong despite the recent delinquency reported which was a mistake on my end. My family an I pay all of our bills online and we enetered the wrong date to send the payment and it was received late. Once time, simple mistake, but payment was late. Thank you for your help. |
