Hello & thank you for considering my loan request.

I am an Internet Business Consultant for a large Fortune 500 company, working in Draper, Utah. In my position I manage a book of business of just over 130 Car Dealerships that produce monthly revenue of approximately $300,000 a month for my company, selling over $10,000,000 worth of cars each month online. I attend Utah State University, and intend to finish my degree in Business Management at Utah Valley University. My amazing wife and I have been married just over a year and a half. She works as an Administrative Assistant for the same company I do, handling any administrative responsibilities for the 1st floor of our building.

Both my wife and I love the outdoors, camping, hiking, canyoneering, 4 wheeling and anything else adventurous. We don?t have any kids but plan to in the future. We just bought a fantastic new home with a 30-year fixed rate mortgage and love it, although certain additions to the home were the cause of the majority of the debt I want to consolidate

If I am fortunate to be funded through Prosper, the money will be used to pay off two credit cards and consolidate the last of my wife?s student loan. Also, approximately $7,300 of the funds will be used to landscape our new backyard and $5,000 for expanding an addition to our driveway.

Debt to Pay Off:
Visa: $ 4,674 @ 18%
Visa: $ 6,212 @ 16%
Student Loan: $1,800 @ 20%

Total Prosper Loan Requested: $25,000

The four recent inquiries on my credit profile are because of our new home we just bought a few months ago.

Monthly Net Income: I earn $2,400/month net and my wife earns $1,900/month net. Overtime is readily available for both my wife and me. Our quarterly bonuses are at least $1,000 a quarter, up to $4000 a quarter between both my wife and I combined. This leaves us with an average of around $4,600 a month take home pay. Additionally, our annual raises will kick in at the beginning of March, and that should give us at least another $200 a month income.

Monthly Expenses BEFORE Prosper Loan: $3,760
Housing: $1,900
Insurance: $100
Car expenses: $290
Utilities: $200
Phone, cable, internet: $170
Food, entertainment: $500
Clothing, household expenses: $100
Credit cards & other loans: $500 (eliminate with Prosper loan)

Monthly Expenses AFTER Prosper Loan: $3,260

After we consolidate our debt, we will have almost $1,400 a month available to make our Prosper payments.

I have never been as much as a day late for a payment on anything, and my financial situation continues to improve. I carefully consider any financial decision I make so I don?t get in over my head. I have excellent grade ?A? credit and I intend to keep it that way. Paying this loan off will be one of my top financial priorities and I assure your investment will be safe. The monthly payments will be automatically deducted from my bank account.

Thank you for your support of my loan.
