Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to? Finance the opening of a home furnishings store located on Russian Hill in San Francisco. The store will be located in an historic Julia Morgan building, sharing space with a reknown interior design firm (for which I work as general manager). This is an upscale neighborhood with great pedestrian and street traffic. I am going into business with my current boss (Kathleen Navarra/Principal of Navarra Design, Inc.) as a general partner. I need this money for opening inventory and to buy into the partnership. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because? I have a great credit rating and our retail concept is sure to be successful. The Navarra Design name adds instant cache to our store and my many years in furniture sales both at retail and directly to the interior design trade make this a unbeatable opportunity! I currently earn a full-time salary and will continue to do so even after the store begins operations. I can guarantee the loan with my personal funds, if need be. |
