We are awaiting payment on several government contracts and are looking for short-term (6-month) cash flow. We have been in business for over 15 years, have over $1 million in annual sales, have 15 employees and have operated without the need of a line of credit. Our new product is sold to government, and so has a longer payment cycle. We are looking at this Prosper.com loan as a test to see if this is a simple way of funding from time to time while we wait for payment. |
