I am reposting again due to a favorable change to my credit report, as I have successfully had an erroneous item removed, which should improve my creditworthiness in the eyes of prospective investors. The one Public Record has been removed from my Experian credit report and my FICO score went up because of this action. However, it seems Prosper doesn?t pull a new profile frequent enough to reflect this positive change. I am also returning to my original loan request of $25K, as I feel that this will best help my family achieve our financial goals faster. Even at 20% (The state maximum allowed here for Indiana) the monthly payment will be less than that of all the items that will be paid off from the proceeds from this loan. I am requesting this loan to consolidate my final credit debt, pay some back taxes, pay back a couple loans to family and friends, and cover the expenses of my daughter?s preschool. By consolidating these debts I will accomplish two things: 1) reduce my month payments to the aforementioned creditors by over $500 per month and 2) Get these items off my credit report and continue to rebuild my credit and financial situation. Not to mention, I will be able to make a single payment monthly, as well as knowing I am helping someone else reach their financial goals, instead of lining the pockets of the major credit companies (been there, done that). As you can see from the attached photo, I make a good salary and will have no problem meeting the obligation of this loan. My monthly obligations currently run about $5100 per month, of which $1475 will be eliminated by this loan, for a savings of about $550 per month (5100-1475+930=$4555 new monthly expenses). I have been meeting the obligation of my current monthly payments for over two years and will be in much better shape to meet this obligation of your investment, if you choose to invest in our family's future.
