Purpose of loan: Hello. Here's my story: I am a 37 year old single homeowner living outside of Seattle, Wa. I have been in the merchant service industry for almost 10 years and am a Servicing Manager for one of the industries biggest names. I was offered this position after 3 years of running my own company and in the past 6 months of employment, I have won Service Manager of the month awards four out of the 6 months. I am hard working and have received recognition this past year from numerous organizations in my community. One such award was the 'Forty Under Forty' award for outstanding acheivement in my community. I am relocating to Southern California to be closer to my Mother. My Grandma is near death and my Mom has poor health and will most likely have to have her foot amputated in the next year. My employer is giving me a transfer and because of my bonus structure and the change in demographics, my compensation will increase by about 20%. I would like to use the money to decrease some of my high credit card debt prior to my relocation so I can get started off on the right not; I've worked hard the past 4+ years to recover from my public record of a 'deed in lieu' due to a dishonest real estate deal I was given when I purchased my first home. My financial situation: This loan makes good sense! It will enable me to pay off 3 of my high interest credit cards (with a monthly savings of $130.00!!) Monthly net income: $ 4300. Monthly expenses: $ 3140. Housing: $ 1300. (when I move this will stay the same, I've already got an apartment rental reserved & have a signed lease agreement for my full mortgage payment from a renter) Insurance: $ 120. Car expenses: $ 620. Utilities: $ 100. Phone, cable, internet: $ 200. Food, entertainment: $ 200. Clothing, household expenses $ 100. Credit cards and other loans: $ 550.
