Just a few month ago I decided to purchase a
second property. During this process, racked up some credit card debts
for home renovating, so fico score drop. I have consistently paid off most of
my credit debts, just a couple more to knockoff (asap) to raise fico scores. At
the moment I can pull a second on my property to consolidate debts and prepare
for the next purchase. I would rather wait for a higher fico and avoid bank
processing. With higher credit scores I can achieve a reasonable loan for the
next purchase or for the next anything (prosper). |
