Purpose of loan: I am seeking an additional loan through Prosper for the purpose of reducing high-interest debt accrued during and after a major home renovation last year. My previous Prosper loan was not enough to cover the cost of the renovation (at the time of which I had insufficient equity upon which to draw), and on short notice, had to seek out additional funding through other means. Unfortunately, accrual of this debt in such a short time has negatively affected my credit rating, so I would like to get rid of it as soon as possible. While my debt-income ratio is high, I am able to make punctual, and greater-than-minimum, payments on my financial commitments. Thank you for your consideration of my listing.
